•	Manage end-to-end recruiting process and execution of TA strategies. 
•	Build requirements, create JDs, role cards, set up qualification criteria 
•	Build and documents hiring strategies, process and plans 
•	Set up targets, KPIs and budgets for the recruitment team.  
•	Build assignments & psychometric tests. 
•	Manages local and overseas recruitment campaigns. 
•	Develop and implement recruitment & onboarding Module on MS Dynamics with the help of the IT Team.

•	Worked closely with the team on the performance appraisal for all the talents that has been hired and measured their performance which immediately reflected on my KPIs and I had a 80% retention rate
•	Periodically lead and participate on budgeting the manpower needs and initiatives related to talent acquisition.

•	Technical sourcing within the healthcare field (Lab technicians, doctors, Audiologist, Optometry, nurses).
