I am the CEO and founder of Capital Accounting Management, a minority and women owned business that provides fractional CFO and accounting services for small businesses. My mission is to help small businesses grow and thrive by providing them with reliable, timely, and accurate financial information and guidance. Most recently, I was the controller at Eaglestone LLC, a construction company that specializes in high-end residential and commercial projects. I was responsible for overseeing all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. I also implemented and maintained accounting policies and procedures, internal controls, and compliance with GAAP and tax regulations.
