Presentation development: Constructed marketing presentation researching and analyzing common stock and debt securities of financial company regarding securities litigation, which concerned largest credit crisis in history with potential damages of $47 billion.  Cornerstone retained as a result of the presentation.

Project management: Led team of analysts in dispute between mortgage originator and mortgage insurer.  Analyzed historical and future mortgage insurance claims, discount rates and financial strength ratings to create damages model.  Provided clients strategic recommendations regarding damages.  Resulted in extremely favorable settlement for client.

Firm leadership: Managed and trained team of 17 analysts, interviewed candidates and directed final decision processes as Head of Analyst Recruiting.  Implemented new budget process working with cross-functional teams to reduce costs by 75%.  Analyzed survey data to streamline marketing and interview processes on campuses.
