Lead the IT deployment steering committee in the Region, with relevant business, functional and IT streams.

Job Responsibilities :
Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with
middle management and stakeholders.
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely
manner.
Based on Gap Analysis VS legacy systems and entity processes mapping, define migration
project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.
Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify "showstoppers" and devise contingency
plans.
Develop full-scale project plans (Preparation, Installation, Testing, Cutover), timelines and
milestones and associated communications requirements.
Perform Key users trainings and knowledge transfers.
Set and continually manage project tracking deliverables with team members and other
stakeholders
Provide status reports on behalf of project team to the Projects Steering Committees, analyze
results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
Manage risk for items in jeopardy.
Perform on-premise or remote Support post Go-Live. Conduct project post mortems and create
surveys in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
