•	Planning and implementation of Trade-related activities like Secondary displays, branding, Events participation, etc.
•	Prepare and implement new product trade launch and conduct pre-and post-evaluation.
•	Develop briefs and work with BTA to ensure delivery of in-store solutions in order for field sales to implement.
•	Recommend clear promotional guidelines based on shopper understanding and current market knowledge.
•	Develop effective and efficient promotional activities and ensure all promotional investment is properly evaluated

•	Planning, developing and directing the marketing efforts for the brands Gosh and Palmers.
•	Coordinating activities of specialists in Sales, Promotion, and Distribution.
•	Increasing the product’s perceived value thereby increasing brand franchise and brand equity, through various promotion programs. 

Key Account Executive
•	Promote JHR brands namely Nivea, Himalaya, Fine Tissues and Heinz Baby Food to buyers and develop strategies for categories vs. competition.
•	Planning and Implementing of brand strategies, executing activities like secondary displays, branding, events participation and evaluating promotion results which leads to understanding better where and how much budget spends are to be allocated.
•	Executing new product launches and conducting pre and post evaluation.
•	Prepare and adhere to budget spends on each category by channel.
•	Prepare a plan for marketing activities for KA, to ensure delivery of in-store solutions in order for sales executives to implement.
•	Sales forecasting, business reviews, category reviews with customers to further develop the business
•	Serving as a link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
•	Resolving issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.

•	Managing the various programs being run for Pepsi, Bacardi, and Bharti Delmonte.
•	Standards procedure being followed, the ground level is in sync with the objective of the program.
•	Adherence to the laid down policies, along with problem-solving and resolution.
•	Getting performance reports of the Activity, interacting with ground level teams and making fields visits.
•	Imparting training on how the program should be conducted.
