A $25M CLIA and CAP-accredited clinical diagnostics lab serving addiction services, opioid prescription monitoring, and employment screening providers across the US and MENA region. 

Played a pivotal leadership role from 2013 to 2019 by driving companywide operational excellence through Lean Six Sigma methodologies, emphasizing leadership and collaboration to drive the company’s expansion both nationwide and into the MENA region. I had P&L accountability, was responsible for building partnerships, delivering customer success, optimizing revenue performance, and transforming operational systems and processes, which fueled the lab's substantial growth in 6 years. My strategic planning and leadership with execution facilitated the shift to automation, markedly advancing operational efficiency and bolstering client satisfaction.

Directed PCL’s strategic growth into the MENA region, managing financial operations with precision and adaptability.

Improved the revenue cycle management process, leading to a 36% increase in collection rates and a reduction of A/R days to 45.

Rotaract Club of Chicago

I had the privilege of leading the club in its international service project from 2007 to 2008. I designed and directed its implementation, as well as fostered a partnership with Rotaract Guatemala Sur and the Rotary Club of Chicago Lakeview to ensure its sustainability and success. Our project included implementing a disaster education initiative in six Guatemala schools located in high-risk natural disaster areas. The initiative educated children from grades six and above with the knowledge of what to do in the event of a natural disaster. The scope of the project then expanded to include rebuilding clean water distribution and bathroom facilities to three of the schools. 
Through event fundraising, district Rotary Club donations and matching grants from the District and Rotary Foundations, our club raised $20,000 for this project. In recognition of our achievements, we were awarded second place for best international project in District 6450 at the 2007 - 2008 District 6450 International Conference.
