1) Assist with interfacing of Audio-Visual equipment for large events, conferences and lecture halls.
2) Classroom technology support for the Professors teaching business classes at the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business.
3) Inspection and maintenance of hardware for audio and video with fiber optic cabling. 
4) Integration of touch panel (Human-Machine Interface) with hardware equipment.
5) Remote control and issue resolution of all equipment situated in conference halls and lecture rooms.
6) Preventive maintenance of projectors by tracking bulb operation hours.

Audio Visual Technician

Completed an independent project of designing and developing a PLC code for new label printer on production line with EtherNet IP communication capabilities. Resulted in sending data and printing from MES to line printer in 1 second with active feedback from 20 seconds without feedback.
Also, worked on ML project to record, transcribe and summarize meeting contents and developed an application using python, whisper and Hugging Face.

MES Systems Intern

Bosch Rexroth

1) Developed and executed validation testing plans, which include Performance, Endurance, Reliability & Product benchmarking tests, collaboratively with design engineers and product management to assess product parameters for product datasheet.
2) Designed manifold blocks and test-setup related components using CAD modeling software Creo for cost estimation, manufacturability study, procurement, and report. 
3) Designed test templates which includes developing GUI, real-time processing of measurement data, data analysis and representation using programming in data acquisition and signal processing software (IMC Studio & IMC Famos).
**) Project: New performance test-rig
1) Completed a project with an interdisciplinary team to conceptualize, design, commission, verify and validate new performance test-rig for present and future test requirements of R&D portfolio valves.
2) Developed global interlocks using SysML and contributed to building logic for user functionalities in Rexroth PLC.
3) The project with a budget of 330K $ was completed within the project timeline and under allotted budget.

Research And Development Engineer

Bosch Rexroth India Limited

1) Managed a workforce of 7 technical staff to effectively troubleshoot machine breakdowns, identify root cause and minimize downtime of production and perform scheduled preventive maintenance of MAEs.
2) Hands-on experience with commissioning and retrofitting of complex electro-mechanical systems.

Graduate Trainee

Experienced Mechatronics Engineer with a demonstrated history of working in the industrial hydraulics industry for nearly 5 years. I have worked in Operations and Maintenance (MAEs & Utilities) and Research & Development departments at Bosch Rexroth. I have been awarded for Continuous Improvement Initiatives each year during my tenure. Strong engineering professional with a Mechatronics Engineering focused on Electro-mechanical Systems.

Currently I am a graduate student at University of Maryland with specialization in Robotics. I have worked on project to model a mobile robot in SolidWorks and subsequently creating a URDF model and visualizing it on Gazebo and RViz. I am proficient with Python, C++ programming languages, Solidworks & Creo for CAD Modeling, Linux OS and OpenCV for perception.
