The Innovation Council is made up of 20 leaders from across the Dentsu Aegis ANZ Network with a focus on driving innovative thinking through initiatives for 3000+ clients and 2000+ staff across ANZ.

During my time The Innovation Council was chaired by the great man Konrad Spilva.

Led the Talent Acquisition team, its strategy and function for Dentsu Aegis Network's digital, technology, programmatic, performance and creative brands; some of these brands included: Amnet, Amplifi, BWM, Columbus, iProspect, Isobar, Soap, The Story Lab & WiTH Collective with an annual intake of 700+ hires across graduate to C-Level and at an internal fill rate >95%

I was also a member of the global Dentsu committee for agility and flexibility in the workplace.

When I first joined Dentsu Aegis Network it was still owned and run by media legend Harold Mitchell, within 12 months it was sold to Aegis Media (UK Media Holding Group) before being sold again 12 months later to Dentsu Inc (Japanese Media Holding Group) and a family business was within 24 months part of a 50,000 plus global employee population. 

During the 8 years I spent with the group I was fortunate to sit in multiple businesses and functions as well as advisory boards such as Isobar's Executive Leadership Team where I learned from the giants of the industry.

My first role at DAN centred around Performance Marketing mostly working with Facebook and Google.

My key accounts included Crown Casino, Simplot, American Tourister, BMW and MINI

As one of the leads in the Digital, Media and Marketing team, I headhunted the best talent for roles such as Search Marketing, Marketing / Advertising / Content, Media sales, Marketing, Production / Project Management, Account Services and Creative. 

I looked after clients in the ASX50, media agencies as well as creative agencies and publishers and loved every minute of it. 

During my 3+ year tenure at Xpand; I was consistently their #1 biller across three offices and two countries.
