I was responsible for:

- Monitoring of the SD-WAN health checks on WAN and LTE configurations.

- Establishing first line of contact for these devices for troubleshooting.

- Performing level 1 and level 2 troubleshooting such as bringing up the tunnels or remoting into the device to create an exception within the SD-WAN environment.

- Performing level 2 configuration of these devices such as creating interfaces( WAN, LTE, voice prioritization), SD-WAN templates, firewalls and firewall exceptions, default store policies and data plans.

- Ensured SLA was not breached for SD-WAN devices.

- Issued daily/weekly/monthly reports for SD-WAN monitoring.

- Laptop support  (configuration of email, BSOD, OS ,replacement)

- telephonic support (configuration , SIP ID management )

- cabling ( layout design, cat5e cables, WAP ) 

- switches ( allocation, POE and CISCO )

- Inventory bookkeeper
