I'm a Computer Science Engineer with a passion for data analytics. I recently graduated with a Master of Science degree in Business Analytics from the University of Illinois Chicago. I also possess a strong understanding of computer programming coupled with problem-solving abilities in the Analytics domain. With a track record of effectively managing and achieving project goals, I have gained hands-on experience in ETL, statistical/machine learning modeling & reporting using SQL, Python/R as well as visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI. My experience in data analysis includes analyzing data on customer demographics, purchase behavior, preferences, channel performance and developing ETL frameworks for report generation and ad-hoc needs of clients. During my recent internship, I collaborated with the marketing team to target customer segments formulated through RFM Analysis in Python, resulting in a 15% sales lift. Through Tableau dashboards, I derived actionable insights and made recommendations to develop data-driven marketing campaigns, leading to a 12% increase in Return on Advertising Spend (ROI). Additionally, I have experience in web content writing and digital strategy, addressing social issues with a motive to make people legally empowered.
