Over 2.5 years ago, I stepped into the world of HR as an intern at Hyno Technologies LLP. It was a fantastic learning experience, focusing on IT and non-IT recruitment, making onboarding smoother, and creating a positive work culture that led to a sweet increase in employee satisfaction. Fast forward to today, and I'm proud to say that I'm now a Human Resource Associate. This role has been a blend of tech-savvy strategies and genuine human connection. I also had the chance to spread my wings globally as a Talent Acquisition Intern at Perfeth. Academically,I laid the groundwork with a Bachelor's in Business Administration before diving into a specialized Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management at the University of Lucknow. Graduating with honors. These academic milestones, along with hands-on experiences, weave together to shape the narrative of my professional journey. Skills? Well, let's just say I've developed quite a toolkit – from recruitment mastery to negotiation finesse. And yes, I've delved into the tech side, juggling Applicant Tracking Systems, HRIS, and more. Certifications? They're not just certificates; they represent my commitment to staying current. Power BI, HR Analytics using MS Excel, Genrative AI, Payroll Management, etc. – each one adding a dash of expertise to the mix.
