Cere Network

At Cere Network, I was responsible for all Blockchain Tools: 

✦ Bridge for transfering $CERE token between EVM-based networks (Polygon, Ethereum) and Cere Mainnet.
✦ Staking Dashboard for staking $CERE tokens.
✦ Explorer for interacting with Cere Mainnet for token holders and developers.
✦ CereStats for viewing for all blockchain historical data.

In addition to delivering new features, I also managed monitoring, alerting, troubleshooting, R&D, security enhancements, community and C-executives communication for each of these tools.

Achievements: 
✦ Launched new Staking Dashboard (https://staking.cere.network) that provides $CERE token holders with a more intuitive and user-friendly interface for staking on the network.
✦ Built a service for providing data for historical Payouts and Validators metrics, saving company XXk$ for external provider integration.
✦ Supported integration of Cere with Polkassembly tool (https://cere.polkassembly.io), enabling $CERE token holders to discuss and vote on governance proposals.
✦ Integrated Cere with Polkadot-JS Apps and Polkadot-JS Web Extension to enhance network recognition.
✦ Assisted 15 Validators to increase visibility and attract nominations by including them in the Staking Dashboard's Community Section.
✦ Created several solutions and set up alerting to prevent certain types of hacker attacks on the blockchain.
✦ Migrated Bridge to WalletConnect V2, enabling multi-chain support.
✦ Added a whitelist of Polkadot-JS Extension addresses to the Bridge.
✦ Integrate Google Tag Manager GA4 into each tool.

• Created a web interface for a smart banking queue based on biometrics and AI, so that customers do not have to queue for a ticket. The system recognizes the face of the visitor at the entrance, welcomes and sends SMS with
service manager;
• Implemented visualization of the interface with which you can track the status of services provided, view the needs of the client, register managers.

«Internal accounts of bank customers»
• Set up Grafana and Prometheus metrics to manage customer accounts;
• Created an interface for viewing deposits and customer accounts, for the efficient work of call-center employees; 
• Implemented a structure for settlement operations to reduce the response time of bank managers.

«Web version of the online bank»
• Integrated payment by QR code and SPB in the online version of the bank;
• Created a function for viewing statistics in a personal account for bank customers;
• Improved the user experience when visiting the web version via mobile phone or browser.

X5 Retail Group

Responsibilities:
• Worked on the development of the front-end part of the Demand project, focusing on enhancing user experience and functionality.
• Served as the primary communicator between vendor and non-vendor developers, ensuring effective collaboration and project alignment.
• Took responsibility for the integration of an internal UI-Kit into the front-end part of the application, promoting a consistent user interface across the platform.

Achievements:
• Engineered a web-interface for Data Science to analyze supply and demand in Pyaterochka and Perekrestok retail networks. The interface accounts for various factors (prices, holidays, previous sales, city, day of the week) and enables viewing, simulation, and modification of forecasts.
• Successfully migrated the application to TypeScript and MobX from JavaScript and Redux, while ensuring smooth transition and support for both versions during migration.
• Integrated an internal UI-Kit into the project, boosting the consistency and efficiency of the user interface.
• Set up statistical code analysis using eslint and sonar, along with their integration with GitLab CI/CD. Also established code coverage for jest tests, testing library, and ensured test coverage integration with CI/CD.

• Developed a mobile application for a children's streaming video service on Vue.js using the Ionic libraries;
• Connected the integration of the video player with AWS;
• Managed the staff of developers - 3 people.

• Developed a web interface that allows remote control of road equipment in Moscow: photo/video cameras, interactive road signs, speed cameras;
• Developed a down-detector system for CCTV cameras;
• Visualized all the road signs of Moscow on the map in accordance with the state. Standards (about 460 thousand pieces);
• Created a web interface for visualization of intersections and directions based on WebGL and real-time animation.

• Developed an interface for timely receipt of information about available materials and costs, using
which you can control the status of warehouses, operations performed and available materials;
• Implemented an interface with the help of which a route for special equipment is formed, an order for repairing roads or equipment and subsequent integration with a warehouse to account for the consumption of materials.

• Developed an animated web-interface for an ICO project with the ability to visualize data;
• Developed a landing page with specific target actions, which contains information about a product or service - Developed personal account authorization (registration, authorization, login, sending messages)
• Created a web resource API for its interaction with other platforms;
• Supported the web resource, the business logic of the project and the backend system as a whole.
