As an associate I was analyzing marketing research with content creators, implementing the launch of a new product with the development strategy team and business development, providing live technical support and troubleshooting, managing the Twitter account 24/7, and growth hacking for innovative ideas to drive traffic.

Selected out of a competitive pool for this executive position at a prestigious Laurier
University student organization, I was responsible for the communications between the
organization and the broader student community. Within 3 months, collaboratively with a
team of 10 students, we developed and managed a strong and relatable brand for the LLS
across social media, digital and on-campus channels that attracted sponsors and valuable
relationships across campus.

Destination Innovation Publishing

Utilizing a variety of graphic design software and elements I was able to create a
distinguished brand identity in each one of my projects including a series of cover pages
for both online and print versions of North American textbooks. Business development was a key responsibility in this role. The position also required me to assume the responsibilities of social media manager for the company’s Twitter, YouTube and Facebook profiles.
