Accountable for delivering superior service to Fortune 1000 clients during complex and lengthy lifecycle implementations of process optimization software. Charged with ensuring project profitability consistent with complete client satisfaction. Managed large consulting teams to deliver R&D projects to company internally and to client projects with budgets in excess of $1 million.

Optura (Acquired by Open Text in 2005)

Managed all aspects of company’s finance department including P&L, payroll, AR, AP, G/L postings and reconciliation, cash management, and HR functions. Developed budget and forecasting for internal management and for presentation to potential investors and partners.  Led company through two successful M&A transactions.

Corporate Computing Services

Reporting to company president, managed $12+ million budget including accounting for foreign subsidiaries. Conducted extensive due diligence research for merger and acquisition activities. Authored and implemented HR and finance procedures. Managed P&L, AP, AR, G/L, bank reconciliation, and transaction privilege tax reporting. Coordinated and directed annual company audit. Oversaw company’s philanthropic activities.
