- Maintaining and updating Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Spreadsheets such as, Purchase Order list, and Shipping Details.
- Accounting/Finance Role: Working closely with the CFO and AP in USA to Update and maintain cash flow, generating sales report from termite6 (ERP based System) then calculate the gross margin, make a debit note and deduct it from the vendor's invoices, Payment Forecasting for accessories Dept, and Handling Petty cash for Back Office indonesia.
- Creating Payment status vendor by vendor in spreadsheet
- Reviewing Financial Statement (cash flow, forecast, petty cash (back Office only)) with Country Manager, 
- Making Debit notes for Shipping and Packaging violations and Shipping Document Errors according to the company guideline to deduct from the vendor's invoices
- Creating Purchase Order Form and send to vendors
- Supervise 2 Admin Supports, and responsible to check all their work and make sure its all OK to send

Finance Administrative Officer

- Working Closely with the Merchandiser and designer to Handle Samples that come to indonesia (like rejecting and approving samples) checking samples whether the samples match according to the company manual and guideline - Communicate to the vendors regarding sample matter.

- Updating Purchase order (Accessories and Apparel) spreadsheet daily, weekly and monthly

- Updating Linesheet (garment design ppt), scheduling the PO arrival in the stores.
- Inventory checking from the Termite6 (ERP based System) 
- Shipment Tracking from FedEx website - tracking and make sure the goods are receieved by the stores
- Checking and updating FedEx invoices to the FedEx payment spreadsheet 
- Handling other office work, such as filing documents, uploading spreadsheet or documents to dropbox, and other things that senior asked to do
