Promoted to position to lead global supply chain PM team (including Haifa and Suzhou) in reducing inventory while eliminating line down frequency, driving line downs from 5 - 10 per week to 1 - 2 per week, saving millions in lost production time.  

*Lead PM for international purchasing initiative resulting in greater than 25% inventory reduction year over year.
*Implemented Lean supplier program, aligning global roles and responsibilities across multiple functions and international sites through the use of tools including process mapping and waste reduction.
