Maintaining calendars for a Mission manager and several Conference Rooms.
Proofreading reports and other documents for sentence structure, spelling, grammar, and continuity.  
Filling out requested ‘Request for Personnel Actions’ (RPA’s) using the Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS).
Using AutoNOA to submit ‘Recruit to Fill’ requests and to process awards.
Fully Automated System Army Records Information Management System (ARIMS), 
Logistics Modernization Program (LMP) and Automated Time Attendance and Production System (ATAAPS) for time keeping.
Skilled in using Microsoft A365, Office 365 and the SharePoint Cloud.
Coordinator for the Total Employee Development (TED) program.
Ability to analyze and evaluate study results to provide recommendations. 
Monitor Status on incoming and outgoing material, and initiate follow-up to ensure timely reply.  Participating in developing operational plans and coordinating scheduling of appointments and meetings.

Other Duties as Assigned:
After Hours Point of Contact (POC) – Respond to ‘call outs’ for the building left unlocked/unsecured, or lights left on in the building.

Key Custodian – Tracking keys, maintaining the key sign-out log.  Reporting lost/missing keys to the police department.

Facility Management – Managed the maintenance of one of the oldest surviving buildings on the Sierra Army Depot.  Coordinate a variety of repair issues like roof leaks, malfunctioning HVAC systems, removal of a condemned addition to the building and the construction of wall and siding repairs, rodent removal and the inevitable plumbing issues.

Industrial Base of Operations - Administration Assistant

Issuing Common Access Cards (CAC) and Dependent Identification cards to military personnel, families, and Department of Defense (DOD) civilian employees.
Besides keeping up with the rules and regulations for the issuance of identification cards, training also included documents examination to determine the difference between genuine and forged identification documents.  Knowing who to contact where there were questions pertaining to identification documents and to correct errors in information previously entered in the system.

Personnel Assistant

Zeiders

Managed part of the Life Skills Program, teaching Parenting, Anger, Stress and Time Management, and Public Speaking classes.  Worked with clients for the Transition Assistance Program in Resume, and Interviewing skills.  Participated in the Transition Assistance Program as a facilitator.

Oversaw the Ombudsmen Program on the base, working directly with the Command Master Chief.  As Naval Air Station Fallon is a very small base, in a rather rural setting, all the basic training for the Ombudsmen was done online.  Monthly Ombudsman Assembly meetings were utilized for advanced training purposes.  Trainings were done according to what was upcoming for the Month. Sexual Assault Prevention, Suicide Prevention, Domestic Violence, Military Saves, etc.

Created a program for new to the base Spouses in conjunction with the Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) program that included a tour of the base, introduction to key personnel on base and answered any questions they may have.

Work & Family Life Consultant

Airman and Family Readiness Center

Evaluated, researched, and rewrote all the self-help books for the eight computer stations.  Information contained included samples of resumes, interview questions and follow up to the interview instructions.  How to find local College and local classes, and vehicle registrations.

Briefed the twice a month ‘New-Comers’ meeting of new to the base Airmen, covered all the classes and resources.  Taught a resume writing course, and a job skills course.  Worked with the facilitator for the Transition Assistance Program, often instruction specific portions of the classes.  

Created the ‘Go-Box 101’ course that was requested and taught to all Active and Reserve Units in the Sacramento, California and Fairfield, California areas..

Created a on line listing of ‘Home Based Businesses’ operated by the Spouses.  Sponsored ‘Job Fairs’ and Home-Based Business events in the Resource Center.

Worked with the Information Technology department to create a link and move the job listings from the local area network to the actual Travis AFB home page.  Travis was the first Air Force installation to have jobs posted on the website, making it easier for those spouses transferring with the Airmen on orders (Permanent Change of Station) or ‘PCS-ing’ to Travis to look for and apply for positions before ever getting to Travis.
