Architectural Designer

Stilt Studios

As the Architecture department head, I lead a team of 6 designers in the end-to-end design and build process of prefabricated buildings, ranging from small to large-scale residential and hospitality projects . 

On top of design, I also manage coordination and proposals for external projects, implementing Agile Project Management in project delivery workflow to ensure efficient prefabrication and lean design. Build and strengthen valuable industry partnerships to drive collaboration, secure external clients, and develop new revenue streams with other department leads.

Architectural Design Lead

MBH Architects

Worked closely with the in-house design team of an undisclosed tech company to design and develop multiple grocery store locations across the Bay Area. Completed fast-paced space planning, design, and construction documents for multiple grocery stores, retail stores, and restaurants.

Designer

IAN BIRCHALL AND ASSOCIATES

Designed and developed 3D models and drawings for small and medium-scale multifamily projects. Served as the Revit mentor to provide training and support for the other members of the office. Developed drawings from Concept Design to Construction Administration.

Ankrom Moisan Architects

Initially hired as a Intern Architect I,  but was quickly promoted to Intern Architect III in a year. Built and developed Revit models and drawings, from Concept Design to Construction Documents, for low, mid, and high-rise multifamily projects. Coordinated, prepared documents for, and led meetings with clients and consultants. 

Nominated by the Managing Principal to participate in an all-day workshop aimed at improving business development skills, creating elevator pitches, and connecting staff across offices.

•  Assisted the Virtual Design and Construction department in producing 3D models for 3D printing to develop Self Perform Operations (SPO) prefabrication opportunities
