I supervised a classified weapons program in its final stages, collaborating with a field-based program office. Managing a $4.5B portfolio, I developed a future combat capability for the US Air Force and Navy. I facilitated coordination between military services, Congressional oversight committees, and operational users to align requirements.

•	Aligned the program office's budgetary needs with the broader Air Force budget framework. 
•	Managed resource allocation and advocated for an appropriate share of the budget for the program.
