Recruited as a national level Director at Prestilux, I reported directly to the Vice President of Marketing & Strategy/President. Instrumental in the creation of a new business unit, designed to act as an incubator for the successful introduction of 10+ prestige international brands into Canada, within various national and global retailer divisions. Laying the foundation for the successful launch of these entities, I led the brand education, experience and retail support team & direct their development, to enthuse the national retailer network by creating a cohesive aura of luxury. 

Engaging stakeholders through the creation of luxury brand imagery in the areas of makeup, fragrances, skincare & haircare has been accomplished via several factors:

Ascending to the position of Senior Manager for Services (Retail, Strategy & Innovation team), my role was multifaceted in maximizing brand/client experiences (internal and external). The achievements gained through the conceptualization & implementation of an omnichannel strategy/department, that tactically employed services, onboarding of teams, digital tools & omni-communications.

Promoted to the role of Manager, Retail Client Services, I launched a department geared toward developing strategies to rejuvenate in-person & e-centric client and brand services. In this position I optimized the retail customer experience for a fleet of 60+ stores generating 8 figure annual sales. 

The aptitudes demonstrated in this role were:
