I project manage campaigns and create the content to support campaigns run across our collaborative marketing team to generate demand, increase revenue, and support customer retention and growth. I write, give creative direction, and build programs to release our data reports. I’ve managed contractors, interns, and vendor relationships.

I wrote and gave creative direction on ebooks, case studies, blogs, infographics, customer testimonial videos, and other content. I built the CMO Strategy Series blog of thought-leadership content geared to the CMO or Finance leader personas. I worked with customers on their presentations for trade shows, helping to shape the story and designing the decks. I worked collaboratively with the Demand Gen team on program content including designing our first multi-day course of packaged content.

- Responsible for handling all customer comments and inquiries by phone, email, Facebook, Twitter, and Reddit
- Worked with Fraud Management team to review customer accounts for high-risk behaviour using fraud tools
- Handled customer identification documents for account verification
- Created a series of template emails that aligned with brand tone for frequent customer inquiries
- Ran a customer feedback program with the Marketing team
- Wrote copy for nCrypt Help Site
- Managed job postings across internal and external platforms
- Coordinated applications and interviews for potential hires with recruiters
- Conducted background checks on new hires
- Organized employee files and training program
- Designed a welcome package and on-boarding presentation for new hires.
