Spearhead initial business strategy and launch of online wine sales and logistics company representing 100+ South African wine farms. Oversee business finances including product pricing, budget preparation and management. Ensure delivery of exceptional customer service; supervise streamlined delivery process and control professional customer and public relations. Steered planning and development of company’s website including sales and product delivery infrastructure, website testing, and quality assurance.

Launched free mobile app to assist South Africans to effectively social distance during the Covid-19 pandemic by providing real-time information on how busy public locations are. Prepare and control budget and monitor financial activity. Direct presentations and negotiations to achieve successful launch and growth. Actively assist with product development. Planned Group’s annual CSI schedule including selecting initiatives to support, finalizing and controlling CSI budget, and developing marketing strategies to maximize success of events for one of South Africa’s largest property development and investment companies. Controlled successful execution of all sponsorship events and annual scholarships as member of events organizing committees. Built and strengthened relationships with key stakeholders including beneficiaries, event partners, and suppliers. Drove fundraising initiatives for selected beneficiaries. Acted as point of contact between the CEO, executives, internal staff and external business contacts. Produced reports and presentations. Handled correspondence directed to managers.

CSI Manager & Professional Executive Assistant to the Group CEO

Collaborated with marketing team in creation of marketing strategies. Oversaw planning and organization of marketing launches and sales events, including supporting set-up of CSI events. Controlled design and production of marketing collateral and assisted with social media marketing. Prepared and submitted all monthly payments due to suppliers on behalf of marketing department.
