From marketing new business prospects to existing clients, reviewing policies for accuracy and certificate requirements for compliance to issuing certificates and processing policy changes to daily service and client & carrier interaction, I did it all. I worked directly with members of various organizations such as the MBA (Metropolitan Builders Association), WBA (Wisconsin Builders Association) and the AGC (Associated General Contractors of Greater Milwaukee).
