Professional Chaos Coordinator with a passion for making the day-to-day better for companies and their employees through project management, process improvement, research/root cause analysis, and operational management. When I was a junior in high school, I started to realize that everyone around me knew my name; even those I did not know that well, or at all. Some labeled me as the popular girl, the smart girl, the all-around girl - but in my eyes, I was just the girl. As I continued my life and started my professional career in marketing, this pattern seemed to emerge everywhere I went. People would come to me with questions, ideas, concerns and I quickly realized it was not because I was popular or smart, or always around at company functions. I started to understand my passion, my purpose, the reason I get up in the morning to go to work--I live to help others do better, be better, and get the job done. After a year in the marketing world, I realized my Marketing degree was a bust but I knew what I did enjoy and cue my entrance into the Support world that every company in the world needs. My strengths, driven by my passion, including research/information gathering, process comprehension leading to process improvement, root cause analysis - let's fix problems, not situations; the more I learn about my company, the more beneficial and valuable I become. My ability to connect with others, on my team and beyond, has enabled me to engage my skill sets to improve efficiency, practice change management, influence informed decision making, all of which leads to improving the day-to-day of all employees whether in the back office in Finance or on the front lines as Sales.
