And our mission is simple.

A simple pistachio pack, but with one smart idea.

When you eat pistachios, the shells usually end up everywhere or you keep searching for a place to drop them.

In this packaging, the nuts come in a separate inner packet and the outer box becomes a clean place to collect all the shells.

Such a small design choice.
But it solves a real problem instantly.

Sometimes innovation is not about big ideas.
It is about noticing things others ignore and finding a cleaner way to solve everyday problems.

Your competitors are winning not because they are better, but because they are visible.

Last week I was talking to the founder of a large fashion store.

Six stores.

Each between 30 to 40k square feet.

But they have almost zero presence online.

And by online I mean Instagram mainly.

I showed them examples.

Especially Maharani Wedding collections, a brand that cracked the social media code.

And the founder said back.

We do not talk anymore about the old stalwarts like Seemati / Jayalakshmi.

We talk about the ones who are visible.
The ones who show up every day.
The ones who own the feeds of this generation.

Look at this.

Even I am talking about Maharani Sales.
They are not even active on LinkedIn.

Still they showed up on my feed because they did great work on another channel.

If you are not visible, you are invisible.
That is the simplest growth hack.

Be visible.
Keep showing up.
People check their phones more than they look at any public space.

Social media is the new bill board.
