To ensure that all new starters have IT equipment on an agreed SLA.  

Manage distribution and troubleshooting of all SCC printers across all projects and offices.

Asset Support Specialist

Dealing with Laptop/Desktop and mobile device Logistics

Doing inventory of laptops in stock, laptops/desktops and mobile devices which are to be shipped out, and returned to inventory

IT Technician

Responsible to log all calls coming into the Service Desk (telephone, self-service and e-mail), and to ensure courteous, timely, and effective resolution of issues at all the time. 

Perform hands-on fixes at desktop level, including installing and upgrading software, installing hardware, implementing file backups, and configuring systems and applications. 

Participating in the creation of knowledge base and frequently asked questions aiding problem resolution. 

Manage new starters and leavers processes to ensure all compliance objectives are met.  

Responsible to deliver tech inductions to new CS starters.

Responsible to provide technical training to all users if and when necessary.

Service Desk Analyst

•	Working as part of a team in a busy restaurant environment, assisting customers with queries, escalating concerns where resolution is paramount. 
•	Working on stock levels daily, and stock count quarterly, requiring being attentive towards stock and precise on data collected from stock count to ensure the system is conclusive.
•	Regularly engage with customers, assisting them in shopping, providing facts and opinions on items, resolving customer concerns and enjoy other various customer service roles. Experience has developed interacting skills and allowed for improvement of coherent decision-making.

Maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments including systems software, application software, hardware and configurations.

Protecting data, software and hardware by coordinating, planning and implementing network security measures.

Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software and other network and system problems.

Replacing faulty network hardware components when required.

Maintaining, configuring and monitoring virus protection software and email applications.

Information Technology Support Specialist

Designing and maintaining data systems and databases; this includes fixing coding errors and other data-related problems.

Mining data from primary and secondary sources, then reorganizing said data in a format that can be easily read by either human or machine.

Using statistical tools to interpret data sets, paying particular attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics efforts.

Information Technology Support Assistant

I have a solid interest and passion for IT. This has been one of the main drivers for choosing a degree that will strengthen my understanding in this area. My focus for the future is to get into practical applications that will help me to gain real-world knowledge in Information Technology.

Working in customer service positions have given me the skillset to provide a high level of customer service at all times.
