•	Responsible for developing and implementing an effective strategy to ensuring Primary Care Networks (PCNs) and Community Pharmacies can fully utilise the national workforce offer introduced to provide additional workforce to ensure the timely delivery of the Vaccination programme.
•	Supported the regional teams along with key stakeholders such as ICS leads in reaching in to PCNs and Community Pharmacies.
•	Responsible for working with sites to ensure they have adopted the most effective workforce model and where necessary provide the support to allow them to transition.
•	Development and oversight of regional engagement model across the country through ICS/STPs down to individual primary care sites including GP surgeries, PCNs and Community Pharmacy.

Tranformation Manager

•	Successfully managed a team of Project Managers in delivering the PMO function for a high profile Covid Cell, responsible for leading on the design, running and implementation of the procurement of non-clinical goods and services. 
•	Recruited and managed a team of business analysts and project managers, along with identifying and developing colleagues from within the NHS to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
•	Responsible for an enhanced reporting schedule for the cell which was signed off by the Prime Minister, Cabinet Office and Department for Health and Social Care (DHSC) three times a week.
•	Supported the development, deployment and then TUPEE transition of the PPE procurement team from NHSE into the DHSC. 
•	Lead on the operating model design for the delivery of the Cell, including running workshops, engaging a wide raft of stakeholders across multiple government ministries and then using change principles to successfully implement the model to ensure effective and efficient delivery at an extremely fast pace. 
•	Responsible for efficiently closing down the cell, following the successful delivery which resulted in the status as the first Covid-19 Cell to complete its objectives and close down.

•	Managed Kingston’s Housing new housing model programme which consisted of multiple projects ranging from a resident consultation with over 1,200 engaged residents, partnership negotiations with a local Housing Association, a review of the target operating model and an internal restructure.  

•	Lead on the review, development and procurement of a new housing system to upgrade from the existing Civica solution.

•	Recruited and managed a team of business analysts and a project manager, along with identifying and developing colleagues from within the Council to ensure effective knowledge transfer. 

•	Responsible for developing and maintaining all programme documentation and effectively communicating the programme to members, residents, committees and the Council’s senior leadership team.

•	Supported the housing leadership team with internal change initiatives, including refocusing colleagues to helping residents during pain points in their ‘customer journey’ by freeing up time otherwise taken up by bureaucracy and admin.

Programme Manager

•	Successfully managed the Decant Policy review and consultation to enable the regeneration of Kingston’s largest housing estate. 

•	Project managed numerous work-streams in the Housing ICT transformation programme, including process mapping the entire housing service in order to capture good practice and implement improvements. 

•	Wrote Kingston’s Key Worker Policy along with developing a new accompanying process following successful consultation with key external and internal stakeholder including politicians and third sector employers such as the Met Police and local Hospitals.

Slough Borough Council

•	Wrote the Employment & Training Strategy for Care leavers along with an accompanying action plan.

•	Carried out detailed analysis in order to equality impact assessments to inform the Councils Housing Strategy and Allocations Policy.

•	Support Council Members and Corporate Management Team with regard to specific policy development projects such as changes to the funding of adult social care.

•	Restructured the strategy, performance, asset management and development teams to create a streamlined division aimed at modernising the housing service through innovation and effective thought leadership.

•	Project Managed a £17 million Procurement contract for capital investment in estate roads and the management of grounds maintenance on Council estates.

•	Organised and supported the resident’s association by putting together agendas and taking minutes at meetings.

•	Modelled the impact of the Housing & Planning Act on the HRA Business Plan and briefed senior management and members on its potential impact and the programme of works required for effective implementation.

•	Line managed a Project Support Officer ensuring the successful delivery of key projects by coaching, supporting and enabling the Officer to consistently perform and deliver a high standard of work.   

•	Supported the Allocations Policy review through member’s briefings and attending local consultations.  

•	Improved the level of customer service through targeted improvement projects which reduced waste in processes and improved the end-to-end customer journey.

Developed and maintained an in-house policy framework ensuring that all policies and procedures were audited and reviewed effectively.

Implemented key organisational strategies including Digital Inclusion and Financial Inclusion Strategies which were adopted company-wide.

Policy Trainee

After CCHA completed its merger with KHT and Fortungate to create Catalyst Housing Limited I was tasked with updating and aligning all the housing management policies and procedures. This consisted of me working with teams across the business to ensure that the policies and procedures represented current working practices and statutory requirements.  

I was a key member in the introduction of SharePoint (Company Intranet). To increase the accessibility of policies and procedures for staff  I created a Policy team page and developed a housing management document library. This not only made it easier for staff to access the documents but it also made the upkeep of these documents easier as the Policy Team could now make live changes which could not be edited by unauthorised staff. In order to ensure staff where aware of these changes I effectively publicised and where necessary trained individuals on how to access these documents on SharePoint.
