Being an Engineer plus an MBA (Human Resources) equipped me with Analytical and EQ skills. In corporates, I applied and learned the change management principles (especially the ADKAR based model of change management). Since 10+ years, I have worked in organizations having an employee strength ranging from 75 to 27,000 across various industries. This helped me in understanding organizational behavior, collaborating with various personalities, managing conflicts, navigating through challenges, synchronizing the Employee Value Propositions (EVP) with strategic initiatives of the business by implementing HR projects and programs. A brief summary of impactful projects throughout my career include (but are not limited to) :- 1. Compensation – Reformulated the total rewards philosophy (from base compensation, profit sharing plan, commissions, bonuses to benefits revision). Worked with Normandin Beaudry, Aon Hewitt, Towers Watson, E&Y. Managed annual review cycle and bonus calculation for 15,000 employees. 2. Performance Management – Well versed with Normalzed bell-curve and Balanced score based system. Implemented Balanced Score Card for 27,000 employees. Tied it with appraisal and bonus system. 3. Change Management - Well versed with ADKAR based change management implementation in small to medium scale organizations. 4. Talent development and succession planning – Succession, talent maps and training plan for future/critical roles. Implemented a new manager training module which improved manager effectiveness by 15%. 5. Employee engagement – Improved Great Place to Work score by 9%, individual parameters by 20%. Implemented employee focus and listening groups to be an active voice of the employees. 6. DEIB – Improved BIPOC representation from 7% to 23%, other than male %age from 19% to 42%. 7. Talent Acquisition – Ideated and implemented Predictive Recruitment Analytics – improved recruitment efficiency by 30%. CPH reduced by 60%. Hired for 12+ corporate roles (senior to midle management) at once. Led employer branding projects – Increased applicant flow by 23%. 8. Org Design – Restructured different teams to align company and HR strategy with future requirements. 9. HRIS - Implemented HRIS - Well versed in HR softwares of Workday, ADP, Humi, PeopleSoft (Oracle), Ultipro and HR Downloads. My Jam? Building relationships, coach and guide talent, HR Project Planning/Implementation and Microsoft Excel.
