A people manager by heart with the recent delivery of a milestone event marking a decade of TEDx talks at Aston University in #BRUM, I am an MBA student with 13+ years of experience in Project Management and a Civil Engineer by background. A dynamic team player with exposure to the construction industry in commercial/residential/infrastructure development projects, including all construction phases. Keen in working smart by adopting digital technology and continuing to work business as usual. Spearheaded the “Digital by Default” programme for an entire business unit comprising more than 400 staff and being a change enthusiast, I pride myself on delivering towards this programme’s success. Highly motivated “Campaigner” and always up for more creativity and learning opportunities. My entire journey is all about planning, prioritizing and preferencing which I call my 3P philosophy!
