1. Ensure patients are registered promptly and details are correctly captured in the system
2. Ensure accurate tagging of Corporate / Insurance / Government and any other direct billing in system
3. Ensure all appointments are captured accurately in system and follow up with clients, doctors and other departments promptly
3. File and revert reports, ensuring tracking of referral appointments, follow up appointments are fulfilled in accordance to policies
4. Ensure entries from the Doctors / Nurses and any other parties tallies with the billing and service rendered
5. Close all transactions at the end of the clinic operations. Ensure Daily Reports tally with cash collection and all cashless transactions.

Patient Service Officer

- To attempt to on clearing direct admissions cases (e.g patients whom admit from A&E into the ward directly) before patient discharges 
- To complete admission documentation (e.g financial counselling/insurance authorisation forms/payment)
- To ensure all documents are accurately completed and deposit fully collected before handing over to the Patient Accounts Team
- To coordinate with Admission and Patient Account Officer teams to handle cases documentation as necessary

Case Management Officer

- Perform admission process:-key in patients data and perform patients admission in the system
- Handles patient queries pertaining to the admission process
- Perform Cashiering (after office hours) – payment collections (credit card, cash, nets, cheques)
- Perform Drs Fees Billing (after office hours) – late discharges
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by superiors

Admissions Officer

- Ensure regular ordering and delivery to maintain well-stocked shelves of items for sale
- Work with vendors to bring in effective marketing displays for the sales floor to meet merchandising standards
- Report on buying trends, customer needs and other concerns pertaining to department sales and work processes
