•	Teach ICT, Geography and Bangladesh Studies for the primary curriculum. Being the class teacher of Grade-8, my duties also included organising the classroom and learning resources and creating displays to encourage a positive learning environment.
•	Being the Junior Academic Head, my duties involved in the day-to-day leadership and management of the school. Start the day with motivational speech at school assembly, helping teachers with lesson planning, observing teachers at work and giving feedback on observed lesson. Also support management in overall school policies and procedures. Conducted training on ‘child protection policy’ among a group of teachers.
