I am an operations manager with a passion for sales, marketing, leadership and ruffling feathers. With a career history encompassing both marketing and sales, I am well-placed to bring crucial insights and expertise into the retail environment. After matriculating in 2008, I worked towards my Bachelor’s degree in Management and Communications at UKZN, graduating in 2012. I have since invested hours completing courses to gain better insights into Project Management, Marketing, Sales Management and Leadership so I can bring unique ideas and skills not only to my working environment but also to the my growing community. In my current position I am responsible for all daily operations and I am actively involved in all departments of the business. The role requires me to develop customer specific strategies, manage key accounts, manage reports and stock control systems, run manufacturing and logistic processes and lead marketing and procurement projects including new product development and launch to market strategies.
