Investigate, evaluate approaches & assess new strategies to improve website sales conversions & customer engagement to drive sales/build traffic, profitability/revenue and growth. Investigate and report any operational/technical issues arising. Monitoring fraudulent behaviour. Scope and document ongoing website functional projects /improvements. Ad hoc analysis and reporting. Google Analytics/Live View.
Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) on the website, develop plans to improve them and overall business development. Plan, define and implement website changes and functional improvements. Generate and update website content (products/information, content, promotions). Manage online product inventory levels. Organise photography of new product and manage the external agency. Day to day ownership of Ecommerce trading and usability, providing support to the Retail & Store Manager. Deliver and optimise sales targets with the use of Shopify and RSS.

Ecommerce Administrator

Travelled to various cities (Birmingham/Solihull/Rugby) to promote and actively sell Wasps brand/products using Field Sales and direct Marketing strategies. Event organising. Maintain high standards of display and visual merchandising in store. Training and development in assisting the team by performing the tasks with them and monitoring the team’s performance. Handle complaints to improve customer satisfaction and oversee performance of the store.
Organise and prepare for annual Kit Launch.
Maintain and manage the smooth and efficient running of the store, including match days (3 years), providing support to the Retail & Store Manager. Deliver and optimise sales targets.

Listing footwear with product descriptions on Ebay and Amazon websites, with the use of Linnworks. Utilise photography equipment to produce product imagery for all listings. Ensure customer order are processed promptly and effectively.
