With more 10 years of specialized experience, I have held campus recruitment positions covering the APAC region in multinational corporations such as Accenture, Merrill Lynch Global Services and Oracle Corporation. In my previous role as Campus Recruiter with Oracle Corporation, was in charge of campus recruitment for ASEAN, ANZ and Hong Kong as part of the recruitment effort to nurture graduates in the program. My role also involves in working with senior stakeholders as a HR business partner to understand their business and offer the right advice for their recruitment needs. Career coached students in Universities and graduates/apprentices/interns at workplace. I have worked closely with HR Business Partners on stakeholder management, acting as a adviser's role on how help their business to run more efficiently on headcount and Talent Management issues. Handling all roles ranging from Mid-Senior and as Adviser Grad Lead role for campus hires.
