During my time at Amdocs I was responsible for pivoting our implementation methodology from waterfall to Agile, and requirements analysis from a functional to customer journey-based approach . I built and delivered a DevOps certification program across our business unit and rolled out new tools including Jira and MS Teams. I was responsible for defining and documenting our services approach for transformation projects down to the task level, building consensus on roles and responsibilities across the entire organization.
As part of the Digital Brands as a Service team I defined our services methodology, our approach to customer success, and developed an innovative approach to learning - leveraging AI tools to create role-based, content rich video learning paths.

Program Manager

Our team was charged with unifying two disparate professional services organizations with different solutions and implementation strategies into a single team supporting a new combined product and associated implementation methodologies and services value proposition.
•	Rationalized and implemented unified methodology for prepaid and postpaid products, including development and delivery of training, building sales collateral, and supporting projects through adoption. Then extended the methodology to encompass development, test, and support services.
•	Conceived, built, and rolled out a program for business process-oriented requirements analysis and solution design that included:.
o	Developed/documented Kenan functionality in a business process framework utilizing standard BPM notation.
o	Integrated the framework into our sales/planning/implementation approach.
o	Trained staff on the framework.
o	Supported first projects/early adopters of the framework.
o	Briefed executives on the framework.
•	Took responsibility for developing our alignment with emerging TMF standards (eTOM/TAM) and supported eTOM certification.

CSG Systems

Created new streams of revenue by developing and implementing services methodologies around service bureau and build a broad portfolio of value added services 
•	Led the development and delivery of a broad portfolio of new services offerings in billing operations, upgrades, health checks, and other value-added services.
•	Defined and priced services, developed collateral, conducted sales training, and supported sales opportunities to sell new services to existing customers.
•	Defined a methodology for operating Kenan/BP as a service bureau.
•	Conceived and built tools that enhanced project planning, requirements collection, analysis, and tracking.Extended the approach to include data migration and testing.
•	Led the annual customer survey and defined a strategy for transactional (project based) surveys. Defined, built, and executed a new, balanced scorecard approach to internal Key Performance Indicators.

Lucent Technologies

Built and lead a global team charged with integrating Kenan ways of working into the Lucent ecosystem, combining teams and building a global team to amplify the success of our professional services organization.
•	Created the first cross-unit team to align people, processes, services offers, and strategic initiatives.
•	Trained and integrated Lucent staff into partners and services marketing practices.
•	Worked with Bell Labs teams on joint knowledge management and tools.
•	Supported multiple projects simultaneously with partnering and services best practices.
•	Grew the team from 10 to 60, then reduced the team by 30% while maintaining high performance.
•	Participated in the executive team that packaged the business unit for sale.

Director, Strategic Planning & Operations

Kenan Systems

Successfully lead project implementations; develop standard, more efficient mechanisms for gathering/analyzing customer requirements.
•	Led the end-to-end implementation of Arbor/BP for a CLEC, from requirements analysis through go-live, on time and on budget.
•	Managed all client interaction, led a small team on site, and ensured that the off-shore team delivered needed software according to plan.
•	Built and managed a strong relationship with the Systems Integration partner.
•	Led requirements analysis for multiple projects in broadband, telco, ISP, and others.
•	Defined and implemented a standard approach to Kenan project initiation and requirements management that was rolled out worldwide.

Project Manager

Building a sales and marketing organization from scratch to support a new software product, managing 100% growth year over year.
•	Responsible for all OSS/BSS RFx responses, averaging 30+ responses each year and resulting in 100% growth in new logos year over year. Defined key messaging and technical responses often working with larger Systems Integration partners.
•	Developed and led customer demonstrations as part of sales efforts and at trade shows - demonstrating live product, created all marketing collateral, wrote product documentation and conducted customer training.
•	Mentored and trained new sales and marketing staff.
•	As a direct report to the CEO, responsible for all deal evaluation; developed and executed go to market strategy and identifying high-probability sales opportunities.
