With over 15 years of experience as an associate professor and program faculty at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology (TCSPP), I have taught, mentored, and supported hundreds of master's and doctoral students in the field of business psychology. I have also created and led a successful internship program that has placed over 500 students at top partner organizations, including leading Fortune 500 brands. My teaching and consulting expertise spans across organizational behavior, leadership, industrial/organizational psychology, and conflict resolution. I have developed and delivered engaging and innovative courses, workshops, and seminars, both online and on-ground, that have consistently received high evaluations from students and clients. I have also served on various faculty council committees and contributed to the academic and professional development of the TCSPP community. I am passionate about working with students and preparing them for future leadership roles and career opportunities.
