Implemented, managed, coordinated and oversaw accounting controls and procedures: accounts receivable/payable, reconciled all cash accounts, bank deposits and financial statements. Managed QuickBooks database. Managed and assisted in creating annual budget.  Responsible for financial reporting to Finance Committee, Board of Directors, and Global RMHC.  Worked with auditors to prepare Annual Financials and IRS 990 tax return.  Managed payroll and human resources.  Processed all donations and donor thank you letters/receipts.
