Working as the AWS Alliance Manager for Jefferson Frank International, the AWS Recruitment Partner of Choice. I work closely with AWS Account Managers, PDMS, and PSMS to customers with AWS Talent. Acting as the main point of contact for AWS Account Managers and Customers from the initial Introduction, through to full Account management and Candidate placement. Strategic Account planning to highlight customers within the AWS Ecosystem who need AWS Specialised Talent whilst working with internal stakeholders to deliver the best-suited candidates. Being able to listen, understand, empathise, and support a Customer in their AWS Expertise talent requirement is a core strength and I have a passion for helping customers navigate the talent Ecosystem and in turn, build trust and long-lasting relationships.
