- Worked on the development of various onboarding and development programmes

Advisor - Talent and Development 

My current position is Executive Assistant to the Executive Board and COO in Ogier Group.  I assist the COO in the implementation of Group strategy through the Business Services teams of HR, Finance, IT, Operations, Business Development, Knowledge Management and Risk & Compliance. 
I joined the Ogier Group in September 2013, and assisted with the MBO of the Fiduciary Business.  After the MBO buy out I joined the Executive team at Ogier.
