Both are unique online businesses matching buyers and suppliers in different niches.  Matchboard's niche is "sales, service and back office", whereas FindaConsultant helps organisations find their perfect match consultant - across more than 100 industries and 200 categories.  

My previous career in outsourcing included 15 years spearheading sales in Australia and the US for a Japanese multinational, during which time the company grew from 60 to almost 1000 employees and IPOed.
