A results focused Coaching specialist bringing a breadth of wisdom and business acumen, proficient in contracting in large organisations and from running a consulting business for over a decade. Over the years, I have developed a passion and expertise in leadership development, coaching, culture & wellbeing, career development and change management. Being able to partner both strategically and operationally to support organisations and employees through periods of change and growth by delivering programs that are innovative and practical is a real motivator. I love seeing how making sometimes what might seem like small changes can make a big difference I am drawn to roles and organisations where making a difference is a priority and seeing the ripple down effects of applying real world experience to people-centred initiatives. I am also passionate about volunteering and giving back and in 2019-2020 spent 12 months in Tonga as a Career Mentor for a technical college. Also spent 7 months working remotely as a volunteer with the South African Institute of International Affairs developing a Performance Management System. A privilege I see every day is how the lives of many people can be positively impacted by just one person making a change for the better.
