I source deal flow and led due diligence on a variety of web 3 gaming and infra projects including Helika, Fableborne, Shardbound and The Bornless.

Helika

After acquisition of my SaaS startup ReferralOS by Helika, I helped the team integrate the referral tooling product into their product suite and build a go-to market plan.  This involved training the sales team, building out product materials, working closely with their CEO, CTO and CPO to integrate the referral tooling into product suites.

I also led AdTech strategy and built out a detailed product roadmap, which was then turned into additional UA/AdTech products by the Helika engineering team.  These products are now being used by multiple Helika customers.

Product Consultant

Engaged as a fractional CMO at Helika to help rapidly build out their in-house marketing and BD team.

I sourced and hired multiple marketing and BD Team members, setup Twitter marketing strategy that led to 220k impressions in the last 30 days and generated upto 10 B2b game studio leads per week.

Setup marketing SOPs, coached their current CMO and helped organize a sold out GDC event.  We built a well oiled marketing machine in a few months and helped achieve a 7 fig ARR

Fractional CMO

ReferralOS (Exited)

ReferralOS is an affiliate marketing toolkit and network for web 3 and our first product ReferralMint is an affiliate marketing toolkit for NFT launches.  We help NFT projects setup their own affiliate programs with our 5 minute setup process.

Exited the product to analytics provider Helika in June 2023.

Gogopool

Engaged as a black-ops fractional CMO to build out the GoGoPool marketing team and go-to market strategy for a few months.  This led to GoGoPool being able to spin up their content marketing machine in less than 2 months and becoming one of the most prominent projects in the Avalanche ecosystem.

Sourced 3 key marketing team members.
Interviewed and created trial tasks for the full-time content creator.
Created onboarding plan for full-time content creator and supervised the onboarding process.
Helped craft community strategy that's led to extremely successful Twitter Spaces with 800+ listeners for a brand new project.
Coached team members on Twitter strategy, copywriting, community marketing, and Twitter Spaces strategy.
Built out their community growth and Discord strategy.

Cathedral Studios

I helped The Bornless with minting out their first mint, redoing their website, building out outreach processes for their NFT marketing campaign, and setting up content marketing systems.  

I also advised on business strategy, NFT strategy and provided feedback on tokenomics and gameplay mechanics. I also helped set up many operational workflows still avidly used by the team

Linx Digital

Co-founded Linx Digital(https://linxdigital.com/), a paid traffic agency.   Grew the agency to a 7 figure/year revenue while building a team of 15+ full-time people and many part-time contractors.  We helped our clients generate over $30m in revenue.   We also sold a high-ticket coaching offer that taught other YouTube media buyers how to scale their offers, which resulted in multiple coaching clients generating 7 or even 8 figures in revenue.

I sold the business in February 2022.

Our main specialization is in helping businesses improve their sales and profits through YouTube and Facebook Ads.

Kinobody

Scaled YouTube advertising campaigns to $15000 day in revenue and also helped with other marketing campaigns at Kinobody.  The YouTube Ad campaigns I managed led to more than a doubling of revenue for the company in a couple of months.

Experienced growth marketer with 2x exits (Linx Digital ($1.5m ARR agency) and ReferralOS) and $80 million in revenue generated for customers.

I lead go-to market for Builder Capital (an early stage crypto VC) and lead Builder Labs (our marketing and recruiting arm).
