My job entails the following:
- Content Creation across Adobe Premier and PhotoShop for all media platforms.
- Discord engagement and moderation, helping to establish community leaders.
- Build and Develop relationships with players through new and old programs (eg, Insider Program).
- Reporting on Community Sentiment & Feedback.
- Highlighting weak signals picked up in the community to address to production.
- Researching industry related topics and competitiors. 
- Reacting, engaging & replying to the community via Sprinklr process, Reddit & Discord.
- Providing training when and if needed within the team.
- Writing and editing articles for publication.
