In this highly dynamic and cross collaborative role, I seek to create and execute strategic activation and enablement plans for Zendesk's global ecosystem of channel partners (reseller, BPO, G/SI), maximising their opportunities to succeed and grow with Zendesk as we continue to scale our product, platform and reach globally. 

As part of Zendesk's GTM Sales Acceleration organisation, we aim to accelerate partner readiness to autonomously manage opportunities from selling and positioning, to implementing and supporting customers, by imparting Zendesk's customer-first philosophies and best in class sales and implementation approaches to our partners. 

This high quality partner engagement, empowers our channel ecosystem to meet revenue objectives and attain their own ROI with Zendesk quicker.

Director - Partner Enablement & Activation (Global)

The Senior Partner Engagement Manager (APAC) is based in Singapore and sits within our Global Channel Partner team reporting to the Global Director of Partner Programs. I am focused on managing, measuring, and enabling our Consulting Partners / Systems Integrators (“SI”) for the APAC region. This also includes the implementation delivery of our Reseller and BPO partners within the Zendesk ecosystem. My overarching goal is to empower our partners to deliver long-term customer success by ensuring partner readiness
to work with their clients.

Worked in this role in the absence of full-time regional Director who was on sabbatical leave. Primary responsibilities included:

- working with Director of Professional Services (APAC), Director of Solution Architecture (Global) to ensure adherence to bookings and revenue contributions by the ANZ team
- Project scoping and quoting
- working with regional GTM an Advocacy teams to ensure smooth delivery of engagements (timely and effective)
- escalation contact for all ANZ Professional Services customers
- working with Global Resource Manager to ensure resource coordination and allocation for engagements 
- day to day operational running of ANZ team (Consultants, Trainers, Architects and Engagement managers)
