Hey there, thanks for stopping by my little corner of the interwebs. I'm Shaun and here is little bit about me. Between the chaos of COVID and ruthless cost-cutting, I found myself on the receiving end of not one, but three separate layoffs in just three years. It was a brutal wake-up call - I couldn't keep riding the corporate rollercoaster and decided to roll the dice on me. With over a decade of recruiting experience across major corporations and as a TA leader & executive search consultant, I knew I had the skills and industry expertise to run my own show. So rather than wondering what job storm would hit next, I took control and founded Arkham Search. My vision was clear: to build a boutique recruiting firm that truly partnered with clients as an extension of their internal teams. One that provided consultative, white-glove service rather than just throwing resumes over the fence. At Arkham, we dive deep from the start, mapping out the full talent landscape for each client. We then build out customized recruiting processes, looping in the TA team and stakeholders as strategic partners from day one. We live and breathe transparency, setting realistic expectations and holding ourselves and our clients accountable every step of the way. With expertise spanning enterprise organizations to high-growth startups, I understand the unique talent challenges companies face at each stage. Our specialties include building out Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Product Marketing teams for healthcare, AI, and SaaS companies from Series A through C. Now, I'll be the first to admit that recruiting can be a madhouse at times. That's why we keep our brand voice human at Arkham, having fun on social and sharing memes about the insanity of it all. We're professional to the core, but also try keep to it real - calling balls and strikes. Since we've gotten the boring stuff out of the way, let's get into the real stuff. I'm a dad to two hilarious and semi feral children and a husband to an amazing wife who means the world to me. I am a life long New York Jets fan, have a weird obsession with Batman, muscle cars and when I'm not chasing small children through out the house, I am usually playing guitar or creating things to make people laugh.
