iflix is the global video-on-demand (VOD) acquired by Tencent. They are the service leader focused on the emerging market with 18 million subscribers. It serves as a hosting and distribution platform for Western and Asian dramas obtained through partnerships with over 150 studios and content distributors globally, including Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, Disney, JBTC, Warner Bros, Paramount, NBC Universal, Fox, CBS, BBC, Sony Pictures, and Discovery.

Project: New iflix video player (Lead product designer)

Strategizing and leading the vision with stakeholders for the new iflix video player to enable a better video experience for TV and movie titles, short clips, live tv, and live events on iOS and Android. 

Project: iflix 3.0

Designed and launched Iflix 3.0 native Android and iOS apps, which resulted in an organic increase in total minutes watched by 27% and a higher propensity to convert to view, with an average of 82% since launch.

Nomii

Get to know what you're eating. Nomii is a mouth-watering social menu platform with over 100,000 dishes tagged and contributed by Instagram influencers. 

· Implemented the user experience by running user testing, user interviews, mind-mapping, brainstorming, metric gathering, data synthesis, and contextual inquiries.
· Structured the Informational architecture and taxonomy.
· Test, measure and build an app with thousands of users.
· Had the largest menu database with dishes tagged with Instagram photos across Canada.
