With over 28 years of management experience, and 14 years of that in healthcare revenue cycle, patient access, and client services ; I have managed teams as large as 350+ employees located throughout the United States. During my time with Sidney Health Center, PatientMatters, MedAssist, 360Care and Conifer, my teams and I worked hand in hand with Admissions Departments, HIM, and PFS; I build relationships with our clients and strengthen their financial grounding through streamlining the RCM process. Having worked in multiple facilities, I have been made familiar with several facility operating systems such as: EPIC, Meditech 6, STAR, Cerner, and McKesson to name a few.
