I've been building web pages since the early days of the internet in 1998. Learning how HTML works and building my first web page was a thrill to see something I had envisioned come to life. Starting with HTML, moving on to Javascript, and then CSS. Learning Flash, yes I learned Flash when that was a must-have skill, and continuing to learn the new languages or CMS platforms to keep building fresher, better websites. I've been at this for over 20 years now and am still learning something new every day. It's a career that has built on my ability to troubleshoot, communicate with people, code, and deliver on a deadline. I always come back to web development because I love the multi-faceted skill set required to be truly successful.
