Duties Include
•	Maintain a clear understanding of the IAB membership and proposition to ensure members are maximising their benefits.
•	Work with Industry Groups and events team to ensure members are involved in all projects.
•	Prioritse work in order to gain maximum uplift in line with own targets as well as company budgets.
•	Working with COO and Finance Director to reconcile KPIs, figures and forecast performance for the year.
•	Regular client meetings with Commercial, Marketing and Sales Directors of current members and prospects about membership.
•	Create processes and strategy with the COO for recruitment and retention purposes. 
•	Act as Account Manager for several key members..
•	Look after the IAB CRM and look at stats for the department.

Achievements
•	Own renewals for IAB members and successfully bought in over £3.5m in membership income for the last three years.
•	Lead the IAB project team for our CRM and data strategy.
•	I am responsible for the recruitment of new members which has bought in over £400,000 in the last two years. 
•	I have upsold opportunities to my accounts such as event tickets, sponsorship and training which last year bought an additional £50,000 to the business.
•	Present to audiences of up to 100 people on the IAB and Membership

Collaborate with Membership Director to create strategic plans to enhance customer satisfaction and increase membership retention and recruitment. Provide employees with tools to maintain and increase service levels to both internal and external customers. RESULTS EDUCATION

Promoted from team member to team leader in June 2005 - less then one year after joining the organization - after showing good planning and organization skills as well as get-up-and-go action taking.
Prepared fundraising events from inception to conclusion including a marathon in May 2006 and a conference in October 2006 which featured an international guest speaker Dr Bobby John, nationwide Results team leaders, musical entertainment and food for the 150 guests. These two events raised more than £2k for the organization, and improved my business acumen. 
Monthly team meeting required me to organize and manage a branch successfully to achieve monthly targets set up by the national HQ. To achieve targets I had to delegate responsibility successfully to my fellow team members and lead by example. 
Contributed in meetings with local MP's and with presentation on the Global Fund.
