Well I come from the digital recruiting world, helping Ad Agencies in NY & Chicago find great talent. Following that, I went to be a Digital Producer at two super swell digital/creative shops. Then started up TheSupply to somewhat merge the idea of talent resourcing, and producing. I feel those two roles should exist much closer together than they do currently. Oh, and during that whole erratic career path, I have continued to hone my skills at being a hack-y creative-idea-guy, a hack-y designer and an even more hack-y front-end developer. I can make some really half-assed stuff that would make QA cry.
